This policy explains what data rebatebhai.com (“Rebate Bhai”, “we”) does and does not collect, and how the little we do collect is used.

Your tax figures never leave your device

Every calculation runs inside your browser. The income, investment and profile figures you type are not uploaded to, stored on, or processed by our servers. There are no user accounts and no sign-up. If you close the page, the figures are gone.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, device type, approximate region, and anonymous product events (for example that a calculation was performed, and aggregated rounded totals such as a final-tax figure — never tied to your identity, and never including the raw inputs you typed). Google Analytics sets cookies for this. You can block them with any standard cookie/ad blocker without affecting the calculator.

Advertising

We show a small number of clearly-labeled ads to keep the site free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), or opt out of many third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info/choices.

Hosting logs

The site is served through Cloudflare. Like virtually all web infrastructure, Cloudflare processes standard technical data (IP address, browser user-agent, request time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify visitors.

Preferences stored on your device

Your language (English/বাংলা) and theme (light/dark) choices are kept in your own browser's storage so the site remembers them. They are not transmitted to us.

Children

The site is a tax tool intended for adults and does not knowingly collect any data from children.
